Ok. I totally waited for 24 hours before posting because I'm not gonna lie, the vibe in here was so chill and local bar vibe that I wasn't sure if I should trust the sushi. I got it anyway. I got the house roll and it was delicious. But deep down, I was skeptical and thought maybe I'd be sick for any one of the made up reasons I had in my head (you know how some of us can be). I am happy to report, this whole place is on the up and up from the service to the sushi and everything in between. We've lived here for 3 years and this was my first time in and I think this one may become one of our regular spots for sushi. Go figure!

Boardwalk Billy's has such a great vibe. It's on the water. Tons of TVs to watch sports. Live music almost every night. Awesome drinks. Fantastic menu. Just an absolute fabulous place to hang out and enjoy delicious food and delicious drinks.

I had an amazing time at Boardwalk Billy’s. The atmosphere was vibrant, with live music that set the perfect laid-back coastal vibe—ideal for unwinding. The drinks were fantastic and the service was great—our server was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. The food was delicious too. Highly recommend stopping by for great tunes and tasty meals.

Absolutely amazing! Food was delicious, atmosphere was so fun. Outdoor seating on the river and a live band! The service was extremely fast for how busy the place was. Definitely coming back!

Great crab legs! We went during happy hour. We had Caesar salad and a garden salad and the best part was we didn’t have to cut the lettuce. It was already cut enough! Vinaigrette dressing was very good. Spicy crab and spicy tuna rolls were really fresh and good. Atmosphere was noisy, but it says that on the website.

WORTH THE WAIT!! Seriously unless they tell you it will be 8 hours for a table, it's worth it! Everything about this place is 5 star and that's why it stays packed. There hasn't been one bite of food at this place that has been anything short of magical. I lose all sense of composure when presented with their amazing crab legs. As you can see in the pictures I turn into a crab leg eating machine, I cannot be stopped! This place is a go to and not just a once and done but a place to revisit every trip to the beach!

A nice little gem off the beaten path, and on the intercoastal waterway! Very casual sports bar atmosphere with a lot of awesome memorabilia on the walls! There is a vast menu of sandwiches, burgers, etc.! I have the lunch special of Shrimp and Grits Cake for 10. This could easily be 15-20 at other restaurants! My grandson thought the Cali Nachos were awesome! We are not alcohol drinkers, but didn’t notice a vast bar menu! The food came out quickly, and was hot! Our waitress was awesome, and very attentive to our needs! There’s plenty of parking for cars, and as I said, boats from the intercoastal waterway. There is easy handicap accessibility. We do not live in this area, but if we did, I am certain we would be back again!

We were seated quickly outside with a view of the water, which was a highlight in itself. The atmosphere is relaxed — think picnic tables, cold drinks, and the faint sound of live music floating in the background. Service was friendly and fast without being pushy. Now, the food: we started with the crab dip and hush puppies, both fresh and flavorful. For the main course, I had the Low Country Boil — shrimp, sausage, corn, and potatoes all seasoned perfectly and served piping hot. My partner ordered the fish tacos and was equally impressed. Portions were generous, and prices were more than fair for the location. The bar has a wide selection of cold beers, frozen drinks, and daily specials. I tried their signature rum punch — dangerously good. Overall, Boardwalk Billy’s is exactly what you'd hope for in a beachside eatery: casual, tasty, affordable, and fun. Perfect spot to unwind after a long day in the sun. Will definitely be back!
